ORDER CONFIRMATION

All orders placed via the Internet will only be processed after confirmation by one of our managers (transmitted exclusively by e-mail). Roces.com has the right to cancel or postpone, in whole or in part, orders as a result of impossibility of supply due to force majeure events that may occur. Such eventualities relieve us from obligations previously assumed upon acceptance of the order and exclude any claims for damages against us either directly or by way of recourse. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery terms are to be understood as indicative and do not bind Roces.com. Roces.com shall not be obliged to pay any indemnity whatsoever for any direct or indirect damages due to late delivery or partial or total interruption or termination of the supply. The average delivery time should in any case not exceed 30 days.

PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS

The price is expressed in Euro, the applicable price is the one published on the site at the time the customer sends the order. The price is inclusive of VAT (22%) if the products are shipped by Roces S.r.l. and delivered within the European Union. The price does not include shipping costs. Roces S.r.l. reserves the right to ask customers for a contribution for shipping costs which may vary depending on the type of delivery, the quantity of products to be delivered, their volume, weight and destination. The contribution required for shipping costs is indicated separately from the price and shall be paid by the customer together with the price.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS

Delivery will be made throughout the Italian territory and in the countries belonging to the European Community only and exclusively by a courier chosen by Roces S.r.l., according to an evaluation of opportunity and convenience. We remind you that for territories outside the customs union, customs charges shall be borne by the customer, who shall make payment upon delivery of the package. Roces S.r.l. is not obliged to ship the products until it has received payment for the order. Once payment is received, Roces S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products. Delivery is generally within 48 to 96 hours from shipment for shipments in Italy, in the countries of the European Community within 10 days from the date of shipment. Customers are required to check at the time of delivery that the products correspond to what is indicated in the transport document in terms of both number and type and that the packaging is intact and undamaged. Any damage to the packaging of the products must be immediately challenged by customers by placing a written control reservation on the courier’s proof of delivery. It is understood that once the courier’s document has been signed without any dispute, customers can no longer raise any objection to Roces S.r.l. with reference to the external characteristics of what has been delivered. Complaints concerning the shipment or delivery of the goods and their quality and quantity must be made strictly within and no later than 60 days from the date of arrival of the goods. Claims for shortages or damage to the products shall only be accepted if accompanied by a copy of the delivery note on which the reservations made to the carrier upon receipt of the shipment appear. Complaints concerning invoices shall be imperatively communicated within and no later than fifteen days from the date of arrival of the document. Roces S.r.l. shall not be held responsible for the results obtained by customers using goods sold to them. Any claims or disputes concerning a single delivery of goods shall not exempt the purchaser from the obligation to collect the remaining quantity of goods within the limits of the order or commitment made. The purchaser waives the right to raise objections without having previously fulfilled its obligations.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Internet sales fall within those defined as ‘at a distance’ for which the Consumer Code in force D.Lgs. 206/2005 provides the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal may only be applied to natural persons purchasing for purposes other than their own business. In the case of defective goods, the purchaser may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt (roces@pec.roces.it) and, again within 14 days, may return the purchased goods to the seller. The communication must contain the codes and size of the products that are to be returned, a copy of the delivery note, if any, as well as indications on how to reimburse the expenses incurred (Credit Card, Paypal, bank transfer and any bank details). The products subject to return shall be returned by the consumer, in substantially undamaged condition, to the following address ROCES SRL – Via G. Ferraris, 36 – 31044 Montebelluna (TV) Italy upon notification. Once we have received the goods, verified their integrity and checked that the product has not been used, we shall, as soon as possible, credit the cost of the returned products to the customer, retaining, where necessary, the amount of the shipping costs of the returned goods, which shall in any case be borne by the customer. Each customer is invited to carry out the necessary tests on the product before eventually availing himself of the right of withdrawal. It is advisable to carry out such tests in a suitable manner and in a clean environment, in order to guarantee the preservation of the aesthetic and functional integrity of the product that will eventually be returned. Should customers exercise the right of withdrawal in a manner that does not comply with the above-mentioned terms and conditions, they shall not be entitled to a refund of the price. In the case of product defects found with use, the customer is required to contact the quality office of Roces S.r.l. in order to submit the complaint and obtain all the details to proceed with the return authorisation. Roces S.r.l. does not accept the return of the product not agreed with the company itself.

WARRANTIES

All products have the warranty period expressed directly by the Manufacturer.
